Making Coorg Filter Coffee

Making Coorg filter coffee is very simple with this device called the percolator or in common terms - the coffee filter. First place the top portion of the filter (one with perforations) over the bottom portion (make sure it is not seated too tightly.. ;) else you will spill)..then put 2-4 spoons of Coorg Filter Coffee Powder..then place the umbrella like part over the powder..pour boiling water into the top portion a little short of the top end..place the lid..the decoction should have collected in about 15-20 min..all you have to do then is to heat the milk..add little decoction, sugar to taste and then mix..to be served hot.. :)

Need some thoughts flowing..keep it coming and best way is to have some hot coffee..A great stimulant I would say, and for somebody like me from Coorg the coffee land, coffee is definitely a part of the staple diet :)
